We know that STRESS is the universal factor in virtually all diseases and that STRESS triggers Inflammation. So, who manages our stress?
The Genome manages our stress. The genome, which contains the knowledge on how to biochemically mediate all different kinds of stress. And there are many! What can be done to reduce stress?
Lots of things. The most fundamental lifestyle choice supporting a healthy genome is a healthy diet! Physical activity, spiritual grounding etc. I have developed the SHOW Method, which allows us to find and determine hidden stress factors above and beyond common sense lifestyle choices, and modulate those stressors at a functional level. It addresses the ultimate stress factor, mutations and SNPs (single nucleotide polymorphisms), which are errors within the DNA causing metabolic stress. We call that our genetic predisposition.
What does that mean: It means harmonizing and improving metabolism. Metabolism, which includes processing all foods as well as operating the Immune System, is governed by our DNA. However, it is important to realize that the environment in which the genes find themselves in is governing genetic expression. Metabolism is conducted by Epigenetics. SNPs, which are small mutations, put the individual at a disadvantage to deal with stress in general, but also just generates additional stress in the form of inflammation. And the variety of the distribution of these SNPs across the genome causes the variety of symptoms in different people. Although one does find patterns within families and relatives. Even ethnic groups.
So how can these stressors which trigger inflammation be assessed and identified? Particularly subconscious stress originating from the genome? And how can you change your genetic expression?!
First, one has to realize, that Life is orchestrated at the cellular level. 100 trillion cells make us live. Each cell contains the code of life, the entire DNA in it’s nucleus. These 100 trillion cells communicate with each other intensely to coordinate the biochemistry of Life. Second, it just happens to be a fact of life, that the average human has over 50 thousand imperfections (SNPs) in that genetic operating code, the DNA. This is the most serious stress to deal with, because it impairs our ability to run a smooth metabolism: to detox efficiently, to metabolize perfectly, to deal with physical stress easily, to manage psychological stress effortlessly, to eliminate every virus quickly.
